RoN (Ciudad de México, 1998) Egresó del programa profesional de School of Photography and Visual Media. Fue ganador del “#17 Graduate Issue” de Photoworks+UK y obtuvo mención especial en la edición 2022 de Blurring the Lines. Fue parte del ”International Take Off program” organizado por FOTODOK. Sus fotografías han sido parte de publicaciones como "The Thing, Photoworks Annual #30", “Loop Magazine vol. 31" y "Revista Ampolleta Roja". Además es parte del Directorio PICS del Centro de la Imagen.

“Nadie sale impune del paisaje donde se encuentra”. Me cuestiono cómo no salgo impune del paisaje ni mis fotografías ni yo, utilizando narrativas autorreferenciales entre la ficción y lo documental. Desde mi archivo fotográfico reflexiono sobre cómo mis imágenes dialogan entre sí y cómo su significado evoluciona con el tiempo.

“No one can remain untouched by their surroundings.” I question how neither my photographs nor I remain unaffected by the landscape, using self-referential narratives that blur the line between fiction and documentary. Through my photographic archive, I reflect on how my images interact with one another and how their meaning evolves over time.

RoN (Mexico City, 1998) is a graduate of the professional program at the School of Photography and Visual Media. He was the winner of the “#17 Graduate Issue” by Photoworks+UK and received a special mention in the 2022 edition of Blurring the Lines. He participated in the "International Take Off Program" organized by FOTODOK. His photographs have been featured in publications such as The Thing, Photoworks Annual #30, Loop Magazine Vol. 31, and Revista Ampolleta Roja. He is also part of the PICS Directory at the Centro de la Imagen.
